1. Scope

These terms govern your use of the Mars Solar website and any quotation, consultation, or design services accessed through it. By using this site, you agree to these terms.

2. Quotations and Proposals

All quotes prepared by Mars Solar are valid for 30 days from issuance unless otherwise stated. Pricing is based on the specifications, quantities, and destination provided by the client. Final pricing is confirmed via a signed proforma invoice (PI).

3. Payment Terms

Standard payment terms for international orders:

30% deposit to start production
70% collected before shipment
Repeat customers (3+ transactions) or orders above USD 300,000 may pay 50% before shipment and the final 20% after commissioning and delivery

4. Warranty

Solar panels: 12-year product warranty, 25-year linear power output warranty (per manufacturer datasheet)
Battery modules (BESS): 10-year warranty or 6,000 cycles at 80% Depth of Discharge, whichever comes first
Inverters: 5–10-year manufacturer warranty (model-dependent)
Workmanship: 10-year comprehensive warranty for system integration and installation

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this site (text, images, logos, system designs) is the property of Foshan Mars Solar Technology Co., Ltd. or its licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Mars Solar is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific product or service.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes will be resolved through friendly negotiation, then arbitration at the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC).
