Factory-direct LFP cabinets price at $110–220/kWh (100kWh scale, FOB China) — down from $200–300/kWh three years ago. Air cooling is standard on cabinet systems up to 261kWh; liquid cooling is standard on containerised systems from 500kWh, where cell temperature spread is held within 2°C. Landed in Lagos that works out to $140–185/kWh CIF across the 50kWh–2MWh range.
